This policy explains how Branthiq ApS processes your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish law.

Data controller

Branthiq ApS, VAT 45786943, is the data controller for the personal data we process. Contact: contact@branthiq.com.

What data we process

We only process data you actively provide, plus anonymous statistics:

• Contact details: Name, email, phone, company and message when you fill out the contact form or write to us.
• Statistical data (consent only): Page views, clicks, device and browser information via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Language preference and consent state: Stored locally in your browser (localStorage).

Purpose and legal basis

• Contact form and email: We respond to your inquiry and may form an agreement - basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (contract) and art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
• Statistics: We improve the site and understand usage - basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(a) (consent).

Recipients and processors

We share data only with the following sub-processors, all under written agreement:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) - hosting and delivery.
• Google LLC (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) - Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (consent only).
• Supabase Inc. (EU region) - database and logging.
• Resend Inc. (USA, SCCs) - delivery of contact form emails.

Retention

• Correspondence and client data: as long as necessary for the client relationship, then deleted or anonymised.
• Accounting records: 5 years after end of fiscal year (Danish Bookkeeping Act).
• Statistical data in GA4: up to 14 months.

Transfers to third countries

Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Transfers happen either under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (art. 15).
• Rectification of inaccurate data (art. 16).
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten", art. 17).
• Restriction of processing (art. 18).
• Data portability (art. 20).
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21).
• Withdraw consent at any time (art. 7).
